"I have been with State Farm Insurance Jennifer Ortiz since 2022 and all the staff have been very helpful and pleasant to do business with. However, I must commend one staff member in particular Mr. Joe Coaler (I hope I’m spelling the last name correctly) who I have been contacted by several times for various reasons and Joe has been exceptionally professional, helpful and always maintains his same demeanor whenever we speak. He makes it very easy to get any issues resolved and I find it a pleasure doing business with this particular agency. Kudos to Jennifer for hiring great staff to represent her company.
